With over three decades of experience in trading and a proven track record as a professional Trader, Britton Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to traders seeking consistency, profitability, and community. Britton's journey began in 1990 at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he worked as a runner on the bond and agricultural trading floors. From there, Britton managed the Mid-American Commodity Exchange desk for Prudential Bache before advancing to become an arbitrage clerk.
As a local trader, Britton owned memberships at the Kansas City Board of Trade and leased a membership at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Starting with a shoestring budget, Britton quickly became one of the largest locals in the Natural Gas futures pit and built a successful brokerage firm serving major clients like Oneok, KN Energy, Cargill, and Enron. Britton traded on the floor and electronically, working with everything from agricultural commodities and precious metals to stock indices and energy markets.
After retiring from full-time trading in 2007, Britton's passion returned to trading in 2023 with a renewed focus and an ambitious vision: to create a collaborative community for traders who are serious about growth, discipline, and long-term success.
