This phase focuses on:

• Decision-making under uncertainty
   
• Emotional containment
   
• Journaling and review discipline
   
• Learning when not to trade

• 1-30 Minute 1-on-1 Coaching Call a week

• Three full trading days per week with structured access
   
• Live market observation during active periods
   
• Q&A and discussion during slow conditions
   
• Breaks when no opportunity exists
   
• Behavioral accountability via scorecard
   

Live access is limited by design.

This is an instructional and corrective phase—not an access product.

Traders who complete this phase demonstrate:

• Consistent preparation
   
• Respect for structure and silence
   
• Defined risk processes
   
• Coachability and accountability

This tier recreates the desk environment:

• Active markets demand silence and focus
   
• Slow markets allow discussion and learning
   
• Dead markets require walking away

• Q&A and discussion during slow periods
   
• Breaks when no opportunity exists
   

This environment mirrors how institutional desks operate:

• Silence is expected during active conditions

Because traders entering this phase already share the same language, discipline, and risk framework, the environment remains focused, calm, and professional.

Only traders who have met the standards set in Phase 1 are eligible to participate.
